Riot really needs to look at this, people are literally cheating to gain LP

The worst part is Riot hasn't done anything about it, and its too noticeable in match histories.

Its probably hard to punish them without definitive info like IP tracking for the multiple accounts or something else like that. Its really annoying and unfair but riot probably won't do anything about it right now.
