He literally takes no dmg late game while he does an insane damage. I tried to focus him in teamfight and i've done my full combo on him as full build fizz and he ended up with more than half HP and still bursted my whole team. Is there any way to do something about that champ that's been terror for YEARS. He used to be my perma ban in season 4 but now he's "balanced". not really.

You havn't provided that game, highly doubt you were full build or that he wasn't fed or that he does half of hp of whole team.

He was ban/pick before riot nerfed him first then he was low tier champ again until riot buffed him last season then gutted him. He's a "noobstomper". Like when you reach diams players (then master they dodge) will flame you for picking it.
