More bans? Explanation.

Riot, right now we have a small pool of super powerful picks, and if you get enough of them on the same team you've almost secured victory right there. I think to actually promote "creative play" atleast 1 ban per side should be added. We could also consider the option to vote for bans, say one person (first pick) wants to ban say, bard. Now to the other four, that's a complete waste of a ban. This way people could vote to ban champions the majority feels as op. Just consider it okay? :D
