Just remove his toxic ass from the game? i'm not wrong on this one everysingle ryze rework has been toxic and overpowered till it was made garbage from really low numbers YOU CANNOT balance this champ he has been an issue more than Irelia and Irelia even became a meme about it. screw this champ and everyone that plays him.

he's so easily countered, as a mid main i have no problem at all playing against a ryze, i play ryze too and he's fun but not op by any means
