We were both tanky as hell. I'd get him down, he'd ult. He'd get me down, I'd wall and warmog then re-engage. Took so long that he could ult again. Then repeat.
It was fun, but ridiculous. Fed tanks are great.

you really don't need that these days against real drain tanks. its good vs vlad and swain. sure it helps you kill him but tanks get bursted these days. a rotation of spells from syndra alone can insta gib half his hp bar. lord dominks prob better.

I like it in mid landing mid game for any one with a fair amount of healing. 
And anyone building a lot of life steal.
