Yorick's passive might as well read "death timer reduced by 10 seconds"

Because that's essentially what his ult does to him.

Aside from him being a major lane bully and very difficult to kill due to damage reductions from ghouls, he'll come back right instantly after when you do kill him.

Are you saying his ultimate is useless?

You never saw him ult a fed AD carry in a teamfight. It turns the fight into a 6v5, well a 5v5 because Yorick is pretty bad in team fights outside of ulting a fed AD carry. and being a meatshield for a blitz grab or something.

He is saying that Yorick death timer starts right after he dies even when he ults himself, instead of starting after the end of his ult. But since it is not on the tooltip, it creates frustation.

but the fact that he keeps fighting for 10 seconds after his death is still more important than the illusion of having a 10 second reduced death timer.

I think the main reason they don't is because, guess what, it can be used on other people. And when that enemy ADC Tristana realizes they have 10 seconds to do whatever they want without consequence, they start to wreck.
