Refund to those who used OE on Mythic and Ultimate skin shards?

Patch Notes 8.5:

BIG DROP, FREE UNLOCK Ultimate and Mythic skins will now drop as auto-redeeming permanents (no orange essence required to upgrade them). If you already own the skin, you'll be able to disenchant the permanent for orange essence.

Now, Ultimate and Mythic skin shards do not require OE to upgrade them.

What about those of us who already upgraded them? Do we get the equivalent OE back?

I've already upgraded Pulsefire Ezreal on my main and Spirit Guard Udyr on my smurf...I know I know, so lucky I got them in the first place, BUT I had to disenchant like 10-12 skin shards to get enough OE to upgrade each of them! If I hadn't upgraded them, I would still have those 10-12 skin shards, and the appropriate OE for those skin shards that I disenchanted.

Ultimate (and Mythic) skin shards are already rare enough, to compensate the players who spent OE on those skin shards won't be that much effort nor should it be very disruptive to the value of Essence, etc.
