Giant Slayer item need a second upgrade!

this item sound good but the fact that you can only buy it if you buy L.W its bad

I mean i can assure you that mundo wouldnt be such problem if that item was having a second upgrade because you could have and giant slayer second upgrade to actually shut down mundo or any other tank

So why this item its only upgrade is last whisper?

broken? how it would be broken? i guess you "main" mundo which mean you just pick him because he is OP like everyone does if he is not perma banned all the time

I'm almost certain that was intentional. Being able to build against both Regen and Health, would be completely oppressive Except against the abuse case your just mentioned.

And your suggesting affecting a whole class of items, when it's easier to nerf the one champ who is oppressive. Not to mention that Giant slayer caps at a 500 Hp Differents. If you really wanted to counter a true Health stacker like Mundo, you would get BotRK. not the second Giant slaying item you recommended. and that's the other problem, even if their was a second item, would it be worth getting? and what would you have to give up?

item 3034 + item 3052 Cost 2500 Stats 350HP 50 AD Unique Passive Slayer: if the enemy have more than 1k hp from you then you you deal 10% more damage and every attack deal 5% of the target current hp (Minimum damage 70)
