Instead of nerfing darius

all he needed was to push some power from his early game to his lategame. his overall power was fine. he was just a bit too weak in teamfights and mostly still bullying a lot in lane.

a) hemmorrhage damage changed to 2*darius level (+.3 bonus ad) from 9 + darius level (+.3 bonus ad)

breaking even at lvl 9. lvl 18 base damage up to 36 from 27 per stack.

b) apprehend deals 1 token damage and applies a stack of hemmorrhage

less bullying with the bleed early on as it deals less damage in lane (still good enough to apply cleaver stacks). faster stacking in teamfights.

a powershift would have been enough instead of an overall nerf.

i agree, he would be much more interesting if fixed more towards late game

not sure if apprehend should apply his passive though, that might make it too easy for him to apply it to multiple people

one stack. its not much of a deal in that regard, since darius wants to focus on getting up 5 stacks on 1 person to trigger his passive, and then spread them instead of trying to build up stacks on multiple people simultaneously just with his q (and his fairly long e cooldown).

i mean as opposed to getting 5 stacks on someone and then E'ing in for full stacks on everyone caught in the pull

it'd make it a lot easier to spread it around as opposed to Q which is easier to avoid

maybe. but the question is how much that would happen in an actual game. i think hed need the e to even get 5 stacks up on one guy in the first place and keep him in range for the process.

saving his e to spread the bleed would imply that he has to get in range of someone and trigger his passive without it.

the ideal scenario would be to ult someone low and then pull the other 4 people. question is how many times that would be possible.

well, it gets on a low CD with the CDR you build (roughly 7 seconds?)

assuming you built titanic, you could pull someone, aa-w-titanic and Q for five stacks; your pull won't be on too long of a cooldown after you use your full combo. probably not a likely combo but something to consider

i think all they needed was nerfing a bit of the base damage of his Q.

Are you serious? Darius' lategame is pretty crazy already, like he can fight 500+ stacks Nasus without much problems. Darius is not just a lanebully, he becomes a very serious damage/tankiness threat into lategame, especially if he reaches blood rage (or noxian might, whatever it's called)

his ability to teamfight is too weak and his early game is strong. so yea, im serious by saying to push power into laetageme. darius was tupposed to be a champ who excells in skirmishes a and 5v5 with escalating damage.

and for the record, most fighters can deal with nasus late. all it takes is a thornmail and maybe qss.

No? He already is. Not really?

Dude wtf, Darius teamfight is really not that bad, the 5 stacks pentadunk is a huge menace, the heal is immense. If Darius doesn't do work in teamfights, it's when he dies too fast, and that's only limited by the defensive items he have, much like pretty much every other champion in the game. The AOE black cleaver on top of that. People don't perma pick&ban Darius in worlds because he just has a good laning phase, that'd be extremely stupid knowing how good they are with laneswaps and ability to deny the toplaner. Darius scales already well enough, and maybe too well. He is a monster of duelling and a strong teamfight frontline.
