Why does league not have a simple remake game feature yet?

This is something that Heroes of Newerth had yeaaaaaaaaaars ago.

For those who don't know what I'm talking about, when you start a game and then a player leaves or something happens early on (IIRC within thefirst 5 minutes of a game starting) this allows the players to vote for a "remake" so the game will go back to lobby and a new player can join and iithe game can start again.

This is a godsend at times and I can't fathom why after like 5 years league doesn't have something similar?

Just got through playing a game as support and our adc quit in a few minutes after the game started and we eventually lost like most 4 vs 5's do.

It's just simply not fair (And yes I know it's possible to win 4 vs 5 but it isn't that often) and no one likes wasting 20 minutes on a game that's 4 vs 5.

So why can't we have a simple game remake system?
