Dynamic Pick Needs to Try and Find Primary More

Several times now it seems like Im being put into my Secondary far more than my Primary just to fit a team. Recently, I was instantly put into my secondary as Top instead of the game even searching for a possible Jungle for me to get into, which was my Primary. The game needs to take a minimum time to search for your Primary (like 1:00) and then open up your Secondary for search in my opinion.
