At this point the pbe serves no point. What does it really do? Let some people try out something new a few weeks in advance? Why? To put that in perspective a full build mage has around 1k ap. If we're talking pure damage. And we're just gonna round up for easy math. Neeko then has an that hits you for a total of 2300 damage. And even if it's not that high, which it's probably around that. It's real damage is 650+130% so let's give a reasonable build of what 750 ap? so roughly 1800 damage? a 1 shot to any adc stupid enough to not pick lucian, tristana, or an assassin/mage bot like riot intends.
