... just saying. Is an item really busted when it's only a big issue on a small pool of champions? This isn't in defense of the item itself or the champions that do make the item appear insane, but it's food for thought. How many champions have to use the item for it to become an issue with the item and not the champions that use it?

zxinferxz1 votesAs the resident Mundo turboautist: I've tried Death's Dance Mundo, and believe me I sure as damn hell have tried it. It's trash. Mundo has way enough AD as it is, so he has to build attack speed for his right clicks to be a viable source of damage output, hence the 80 AD are wasted on him, as well as the lifesteal, even more so the lifesteal, because if the enemy team has no sources of GW against a Mundo, then you will win the game no matter what you build on him, because the enemy team is trash; hence the enemy team will always have a source of GW against you, thus making the lifesteal even more useless than it already is on a Mundo that has no attack speed items, and a Mundo building attack speed means he's not building tanky, so he's going to get bursted through the passive bleed, as if he didn't even have it in the first place

zxinferxz1 votesWhile I admit I've enjoyed the blessings of PD Mundo, if you go the PD DD Mundo build, then you're a easily kitable (I run ghost and I still find myself to be easily kitable), hulking behemoth of pain-bringing, and you bring nothing else but that to your teamfights. When compared to the enemy team having somebody bringing the metabuild with solari stoneplate KV, making his adc immortal. Although I can see it working when for some god-forsaken reason you have way too many tanks in your team. I've also come to notice that the jungler item is useless so I've started to sell it, but I didn't know that back then when I ran the PD DD tests, so I guess it might be more viable now that I'm not wasting an itemslot on a cinderhulk
HeresyHorus1 votesat least the ADC wont ignore u when u make it to him and focus ur carries than use u as a heal source cuz u have damage + tankyness, and his team will be forced to spend all their def actives just for u while ur team do the rest.
its too easy nowadays to ignore tanks as an ADC even when they are up ur face thanks to life steal + + all those 
, just kill the enemy most fed carry than lifesteal back form the 0 dmg tank.

In addition to the higher focus on resistances being somewhat detrimental, as she cannot build penetration beyond Cleaver and is almost purely physical damage?

Meep Man2 votesI'm not going to argue about whether Riven is busted or not right now because I think Riven and Yasuo both right now are under an intense spotlight of hate for several reasons, mainly due to the event. When you face a Riven and Yasuo every game, it will make you hate them. Perhaps Riven is an issue with it, but I think both have a lot stacked against them right now when it comes to how much the community likes them.
Plus, I think Riven is just annoying by design for those she plays against. The whole art of animation canceling and very "spammable" mobility along with that huge shield she has just makes her a huge annoyance overall. When I face a Riven, every item she builds seems broken to me.

KirotheImmortal1 votesTbh i find hextech gunblade is more of an issue. Only a couple champs make true use of it. But like... its broken as shit on them. I dont realy notice much difference in someone getting Death dance tbh. Yeh it makes them "tankier" but its squishy champs that get it. 1000hp/30 os 300. Meaning you only need 300 more damage to kill them. Thats not even taking into account that they will be taking that 300+ damage over time even if they life steal. Bork is more an issue then DD. Attack speed raw life steal %hp damage and kite based active
