Is Wukong a bruiser or an assassin?

I'm honestly confused. He has tankiness in teamfights because of his passive, and he also has stealth (at level 1). And his abilities scale more than 100% with AD. Most assassins don't even scale as well as he does. Before you nerf ANYONE else, please nerf this ball of stats. Even Lee Sin's kit isn't as loaded as his.

only nerf wu needs is so that his ult only will know up hit targets at the start of the ability instead of at any point that he is spinning.
