I want to be honest about jayce

Played a game where jayce laned against lulu and I was supp bot lane. Jayce was 0/5 in lane against lulu and teleports to bot lane just to 2 shot me (lux). He didn't have a single kill and not much farm as well and it was only 10-15mins into the game. Throughout the game his Q did half of our lifes with literally 2 kills only and guess what? He caught up from 0/5 to something like 12/7 . Now it would have been fine if he even had 3-4 kills and did that much damage but it's totally not fair on that lulu who laned so perfectly and jayce was still so strong. He was the one who carried the team whilst losing his lane terribly. He was taking half health with his Q. It's range is insane and is too fast to dodge most of the times. Lol has become so much about dodge and stay at your base in fear of few champs that the strategy bit is out of the window in this game. He is getting nerf next patch but i hope they take into account that the changes to lethality items and COTC has indirectly buffed jayce. Riot tune down the damage plz and allow some room for counterplay.
