Winning games with trolls (in low elo).
So, this is my smurf account at silver 3 (unranked in flex). I was designed top, picked Jax, team trolled in champ select so we got Soraka mid, Brand jungle without smite. We also had a Veigar - Graves bot.
What ended up happening is I switch to smite at the last second, since Brand didn't take Smite. Veigar opened with support item and went top, I went Jungle and Brand-Soraka went mid.
Soraka was inting, as you can clearly see. But in the end, I still won. Through smart early game routes and kills, to hard splitpushing.
Now, there are two things to get out of this:

Games can be carried solo. Even with trolls like this Soraka, who essentially made the game 4v6. If you are good, you will climb eventually.

The 1) only applies to lower elo (in this case, silver-bronze). This is the elo where you can actually hard 1v9. Anything above Gold 3 - ish, this won't happen, except if you are like challenger-tier. People anywhere apart from Bronze - Silver would realize that the game is 4v6 and close out with no problem, no matter what I did.
I guess what I'm trying to say is, I'm really fed up with all these forum posts where delusional people spit out their shit. Bronze - Silver people crying how they constantly get trolls and can't climb because they deserve challenger but their team holds them down. And also fed up with people thinking that just because their idea - strategy - w/e worked in silver-bronze elo, that it's viable in elo where people at least somewhat decent at the game. For example, just because you managed to solo kill Twitch as Nami at level 11 in Bronze, doesn't mean that it will happen higher up and than Nami counters Twitch.
