One small suggestion about how to fix Khazix without even touching his R.

I mean Kha's R evolve was pretty useless, when it was 1.25sec after leaving brushes. Now its 1 sec on PBE, with additional CDR on his R, im not sure if thats the right step.

I think we could just fix Khazix without even touching his R especially pre level 11, if we just revert his Q to pre-assassin state, instead of CDR on Q he gets his insane isolationbonus that he gets for free. Hes old Kha on invis steroids right now with basically 2 evolutions at level 6.
