Ashe Small Gameplay Update
I mean very small change I will suggest; but something I always think of is Ashe being this queen of kiting marksman while Anivia is the queen of kiting for a mage. So the change is emphasizing Frost Shot to be better as a kiting tool as well as grant options on Frost Shot with adding a toggle off function; also adding more synergy with Volley and Frost Shot to choose between applying the slow outside your AA range for a gap closer with the slow or applying Frost Shot and adding a new unique interaction of amplified damage to Volley to frosted targets (so synergizes with her ultimate and Frost Shot as well as other frosted effects like what champions like Anivia has since Anivia's Frostbite can critically strike if Ashe applies frost so adding a unique champion synergy here). Also making Focus slightly more unique rather than just a critical strike with 100 Focus stacks. Adding strengths to values will have adjustments in those areas for balancing (focusing on Ashe being a late game hyper marksman with very high utility that she is).
Focus (Passive): Same thing; but now ignores 40% armor for the Focus critical strike only (stacks multiplicative and not additive with things like Last Whisper) (3 seconds cooldown minimum of not attacking anything; before people get an idea of a stupid 100% crit build) Quality of Life buff: Lasting hitting a target with 100 Focus readied will grant 100 Focus stacks (basically adding this will no longer punish Ashe for lasting hitting; especially since she gets bonus gold per last hit)
Frost Shot (Q): Toggle ON Cost: 8 Mana per basic attack (same) Toggle OFF: Ashe gains +20/40/60/80/100 units as bonus basic attack range (620/640/660/680/700 range while toggle OFF).
Toggle ON: Ashe's basic attacks slow her target(s) by 25/30/35/40/45% for 1.25 seconds [from 15/20/25/30/35% for 2 seconds]. New effect the slow increases to 30/40/50/60/70% for 1.25 seconds if the enemy is moving towards Ashe.
Volley (W): Damage lowered to 10/15/20/25/30(+100%AD) [from 40/50/60/70/80(+100%AD)] New effect where Volley deals 50% increased damage against frosted targets (Frosted targets being targets frosted from spells like Frost Shot, Enchanted Crystal Arrow, Anivia's Flashfrost (Q), Anivia's Glacial Storm (R), Braum's Winter's Bite (Q), Sejuani's Permafrost (E), Sejuani's Glacial Prison (R), Nunu's Ice Blast (E), Nunu's Absolute Zero (R), etc. etc. aka all champion chilling slows and chilling stuns)
So to add some context here: Focus' armor pen makes Focus more relevant late game; early on because it is % pen will not change its power for the early game so early game it is equal in power to how it is now, but is a definite buff for the late game because of the increased armour pen you get on top of your last whisper for the first attack in late game fights. But I want to point out that early game the power of this buff does not do anything because no one has armor for the pen to do anything significant outside of the fact that you get a free crit early that no one else has.
Frost Shot I want to add decision making for her rather than to slow or not to slow so now Ashe can choose to make herself a very long range champion or have a perma slow to kite the enemy to death (literally); she is still a long range champion either way but she chooses between longer range than normal marksmen with a perma slow for super kiting or scratch the perma slow and have the safety of being a very long range champion. The slow changes is pretty a very powerful slow when targets are running at Ashe is to allow Ashe the identity of being the kiting marksman once again in a mobile world the slow duration being reduced is to allow for better counter play against Ashe since she has to constantly be attacking for the perma slow with a lower duration and if a champion can ever stop Ashe from attacking at all then they can get away; the offensive slow strength is 10% greater, but overall this is to off set the lower slow duration slightly, but overall it is to help any champion with an escape to hopefully get away from Ashe's perma slow clutches (there is a MASSIVE misconception that the only champions with escapes are mobile champions; this is completely and entire FALSE; champions with escapes either will come through, yes, mobility like a dash or jump, but escapes are also CC whether they be slows, stuns, fears, charms, snares, etc anything that allows the user to get away, and not every champion has an escape).
Volley now scales better and to compensate Volley is either the same or weaker early game to make up for a late game buff to Volley; also I think other champion synergy is a cool thing to have and having the Freljord champion to help each other out I think would be very cool and create interesting compositions knowing certain champions aid in other champions even if it a minour thing.
Hope you appreciate the ideas and have a nice day! ~ Stacona
