I mean, she already has 4 mobility skills (Q,Q,Q,E) and it's not like being point-blank with an Execute (Because she is Melee) is going to have anything effected with.

Not at all. The Riven mains aren't really upset about silly ineffective nerfs as much as they about the idea that Riot thinks that she needs any more power removed. She is a husk of her former self. Sad, really

Depends.

MS nerfs have historically proven to be quite deceptive in their effect on a champion's performance. They usually look rather minor, but their effects can be quite drastic more often than not.

That being said, I don't think both of those will gut her - this community throws that word around way to often.
