I miss Old Miss Fortune.

Ya' know, the one that still had her identity in tact. Amumu's other half. (RIP Curse of the Sad Bullet Time btw)

Can we just go back to her W being a standard AS Steroid, Q just being a hard-hitting point-and-click and R actually having decent scaling off AD Carry itemization.

Riot just turned her into a run-of-the-mill 'Hypercarry' with lacklustre range and no true mobility, realized it was sh*t, over-buffed it so it got played, then subsequently nerfed her again when they realized that her new kit was even more difficult to balance than her old one.

Bullet Time used to be such an iconic spell in the game and a core aspect of MF's identity as a Champion - you would literally pick MF for her Ultimate and reasonably strong lane phase alone. Nowadays using MF's ult is like channelling a Caitlyn ultimate at point blank range - you do similar/less damage and you aren't lifestealing or critting. It's straight-up counter intuitive to use it in most situations.

I see no nerfs after the rework on her patch history...

Her ultimate does still scale with AD. It applies the impure shots passive. The maximum damage is higher, the minimum damage is lower. This is a total AD ratio, so is actually higher at lower levels.

Her W is still the same as it was, just with different numbers (10% less attack speed at level 1, 10% more at level 5, a total AD ratio instead of just base damage)

Each Q deals less damage, but in the laning phase you get more off (due to CD and mana changes).

This looks to me to be a rebalancing of a champion (think Maokai/Sejuani) rather than a rework. Could someone explain to me how I am wrong?

My bad. Maybe I imagined the nerfs.

Thing with her Ultimate, though, is that while it scales with AD it doesn't scale with Armor Pen as the Impure shots deals Magic Damage.

I mean, right after I made this thread I took her into a Normal and went 8/0/12 but it still doesn't feel like the fun, badass MF that I learned to love back in Season 2 and 3.

MF's Ults best use it to clear minion waves, and steal kills that are just outside of AA range.

That being said still play her a lot. Wish they would actually fix the scaling on her abilities, and revert the nerfs she got when you could for some reason stack black cleavers in season 4

It's still a strong ultimate. Stop building towards her ult and build her like an ADC.

Miss Fortune is still extremely strong, her W gives her insane and nearly broken damage if you can maintain a sustained fight, it's nearly 120 MAGIC damage from her auto attacks for each auto attack. Her kit revolves around pushing her auto attacks, with resets, grevious wounds, giving them a lot of magic damage, she's still a heavy damage output that will instantly punish you for making mistakes in positioning, teamfights, and dueling her isn't as easy as you would think because of her crazy sustained damage that just gets better as it goes.

Really the only buffs I would think are necessary are:

Strut

-Level 1: Ignores Caster Minion Damage -Level 6: Ignores Minion/Monster Damage (NOT including Baron. Red Buff, Blue Buff, Vilemaw or Dragon) -Level 11 : Takes only 3 seconds to ramp up -Level 16: +25 Movement Speed

Double Up

Range increased to 700 from 650

Her passive is really good it's just that she needs to have more early game pressure and honestly, coming from a person that mains Miss Fortune I feel like the lane is Me vs Caster Minions rather than the enemy bot lane. The caster minions are hard to jungle with their aggro and how fast they can take down your passive. I want her to be better at poking and giving her more range and the ability to do it without her passive popping on and off every 5 seconds would be nice.
