Gangplank has been "reworked" and "updated" a hundred times. Warwick has never gotten a single one.

Warwick was released in February of 2009. Gangplank in August of 2009.

Warwick is said to not be in the works at all right now despite us being told at least one person was working on him. Not even a new splash art. Gangplank has ANOTHER rework in the future.

Riot, I will never, ever understand your priorities. I love your work. Sion is amazing now, which he really needed.

But I'm sick of looking at Warwick as someone you want to just remove from the game, or keep him this way because you don't feel like dealing with it. This is actually WORSE than how you guys handled Evelynn and Twitch. And that's embarrassing. Those two alone took you guys WAY TOO LONG, and Evelynn still hasn't gotten a visual update. Now when someone was working on the character, you straight up tell us no one's working on him. At all. Where did all of the work go.

Don't give me the whole "teams and departments" argument, because you clearly had at LEAST one person working on him, and for some reason just stopped. Why. Why? Because Gangplank needed more assistance? There's literally NO excuse.

2009 to 2015 and Warwick still seems like a forgotten point. Six. Years.

2009 to 2015 = 6 years, not 7.

More reworks and updates aren't better than less reworks and updates.

While WW usually isn't in the limelight, he's always been in a pretty solid place. He's a very solid jungler for players learning the position in the 1 to 30 adventure. WW is also really good at utilizing jungler items, and tends to see a lot of play at the start of the season when Riot unleashes their map and item changes, frequently bumping into the top ~15 must pick/ban champions in a given meta.

GP won fights in top lane through RNG when he was popular. Then masteries got nerffed so you couldn't get crit chance and he's been pretty useless ever since.

WW is a case of If it isn't broken, don't fix it.

Too be fair, in terms of gameplay, Warwick has held up pretty well. So for that point of view, there are others who need a rework more. That being said, I really do wish they'd rework Warwick. I remember that one post about him and it sounded really cool with the ideas.

to be fair all of planks "reworks" Have served as nerfs that have steadily removed him from comp play. oh boy I can't wait for his rework where they turn him into another sub par brusier with a skillshot Q.

Seems like a great way to make him a unique champion again!
