I realized today that Ekko is actually very alone within Zaun as a 'representative'.
Ekko's mindset is that Zaun is a truly talented place with plenty of great minds within it, however wishes that Zaunites not be foiled nor restricted by the same mindsets that their neighboring Piltovians and etc. cities have. He wishes the city to either stay as it is, or progress into the future and make some change to rid it of the BAD elements of the city (such as murder, mass chaos and, in a crazy former-friend of his' manner, terrorizing other cities). This however is not actually truly shared between all of the resident 'representatives' of Zaun, and in that manner, Ekko is rather alone in the way that he thinks and acts. Why? Well, I had put together a little scale of the 'best possible relationships for Ekko to the worst possible relationships'; rather, those who he may relate to best compared to those he would not relate to in the slightest. You can call it the "good to the bad in Zaun" if you like, based on Ekko's point of view. Here is what I came up with:
"Zac vowed to defend all ordinary lives threatened by extraordinary treachery and wickedness. Originally built to destroy, he now protects the innocent and the helpless."
ZAC I believe would be the closest possible person that Ekko could have a stable relationship with, as not only does ZAC seem to want to protect Zaunites as a whole, but ZAC also sees fit that the wrongdoings of the city should be punished; such as what happened with his family and growth as an experiment (That and Riot has him set as a friend to Ekko to begin with, but I want to elaborate). Ekko may also be fascinated by ZAC's being as a whole. However, ZAC's mindset also promotes that all beings are worth saving no matter the origin, and if possible, we should try to be nice to and prevent the corruption of everyone possible, including Piltovians, Demacians, and other species. Ekko would not appreciate ZAC's inability to dismiss the wrong in others as quickly as Ekko could, and would serve to try and change the way ZAC thinks about such 'superheroic acts'. He may have a problem with ZAC's attempts to aid Piltovians even when those involved were victims and not in the same situation as the killer of Arjun. If ZAC were there, he would have tried to detain the criminal; Ekko wanted to kill him. ZAC would never kill anyone who didn't need to die, he didn't even kill the very people who abducted his parents. Most Zaunite champions, Ekko and ZAC aside, would not think twice about killing.
"I saw it! I don't know how else to describe this crazed, enormous RAT screaming at us! Kicking over vats! Spitting on food!"
Twitch is the next possible person that Ekko could relate to at all. Not only does the Plague Rat value the city for what it is and even acts similar to the people and urban life easily, but the city gave life to him, and he is rather territorial as seen in his new lore addition. Twitch would not enjoy the company of 'tourists' in the slightest bit, and could easily dismiss 'Pilties' as quickly as Ekko does, if not faster; and given the right circumstances, Ekko may have a way to aid Twitch in his quest, while Twitch could have some interest in Ekko's abilities and mind just as he would with Singed or Warwick. However, as we know clearly Twitch is not adverse to destroying and killing those who either get in his way or have, in his mind, overstepped. One could simply make a tiny mistake and have the rodent blast their eyes out of their sockets, and Ekko clearly expresses his distaste for this insane attitude within a single quote: http://images.wikia.com/leagueoflegends/images/3/34/Ekko.tauntTwitch01.ogg "You give Zaun a bad name". Ekko can't possibly find Twitch's methods of handling Ekko's same distaste for others as tolerable, however he would understand that Twitch feels the same way about Zaun and people alike, unlike ZAC. They most likely could forge a relationship, however would have somewhat more disagreements than with ZAC, possibly hostile.
"Warwick was once a man revered for his ability to track down human specimens for the darkest types of scientific research. When his ambitions exceeded his physical limits, he drank a dangerous elixir to transform himself into an unstoppable manhunter."
"Singed had little concern for the death and destruction that was the fruit of his labors." "His zeal for progress was unquenchable, and when suitable test subjects proved to be in short supply, the eager chemist was often thought to turn his volatile mixtures on his own flesh."
Warwick and Singed are both well valued members of Zaun throughout the city by merchants, scientists and huntsmen alike, having a very dark history between the both of them. (Note, their lore is still very sketchy, so I'll be as loose as possible on this) One, a mad manhunter gone even further into madness as insanity and feral instincts rip away his mind's humanity, and the other a mad chemist who, through the toils of everyday experimentation either on others or himself, can't help but see to the development and progress of everything he'd find, be it in his own laboratory, on the go, or in someone else's. Ekko would appreciate the side of the two that support Zaun in its endeavor to progress in its own way, as well as go further without limits or restrictions, showing the world what their minds are capable of. Despite that, he would despise the side of them that care not for the misfortune and destruction of others, be it by their hands or others; he would see them as walking murder machines, albeit in a more controllable form (given that Warwick needs a satiable medium to alleviate his bloodlust) than Dr. Mundo, Jinx, or in certain situations, Twitch. Singed's being alone would make Ekko think the man is a walking abomination, not as much as Dr. Mundo, but the fact that he nears what Mundo is as well.
(updating this as I go)
Cuz he totally isnt one of the most powerful reps from Zaun or anything. He literally walked in and said "Let me in".
Ekko hates Viktor because of his just dark personality and the fact taht he started the fighting.
Hmmmm... Didnt Vik make this guy?
Idk if he even gets along with anyone other than a few Piltoverians.
"Madman of Zaun"
MUNDO!! idek
Well he was a product of Zaun but he could count.
Urgot wishes he could go back in time, but hes not one for talking.
