ARAM isn't fun anymore.

It's just not. Unless you play a tank or long range mage. And even then, this is just dumb.

Please nerf the hell out of Mark/Dash, or just remove it. Because this was beyond unnecessary to add.

Make the range shorter. Make the dash proc range even shorter than the snowball range (Lee Sin). Make the cooldown MUCH longer.

Or just, remove it. Because this is insane.

I like the addition of a new spell and the attempt to reach out, but this was NOT what should've been done so quickly and without tweaks to the spell.

The cooldown needs to be addressed most definitely. 20 seconds is absurd.

It was good for Legend of the Poro King, where the goal was to be lobbing poros at each other all the time. Now it's just annoying, since everyone has a disgustingly long-range Lee Sin Q that does true damage equal to almost half an ignite.

I hated that mode so I don't really agree that it was good then, and in ARAM proper it's garbage.

I never liked playing AP in ARAM because I do better with ADCs. I space and zone better with them. But I agree that burst and ranged AP was better than anything else.

But Mark/Dash being added was possibly one of the worst ways to address it, they could've possibly thought of.

Agreed, it's absolute garbage. I didn't think it was possible for a MOBA dev to actually **** up the ARAM game mode, but Riot managed to do it. The cooldown is ridiculous, there is simply no penalty to spamming it endlessly and it has effectively handed what was already an imbalanced game mode dominated by a group of champs in to an imbalanced game mode that is now dominated by a much smaller group of champs.

You underestimate the power of Riot's dark sided ability to fuck this game up...

The worst part is that this is coupled with adding in Warmogs, which makes heavy engage champs just that much more ridiculous now that they can engage with a long range Lee Sin Q on a ridiculously low cooldown. Basically every tank or bruiser is now an assassin with insanely long gap closers with cooldowns nearly as short as any average ability. URF was fun for a few days too Riot, does that mean we should just apply the insanely low cooldowns to normal Rift too?

The problem with the temporary fun game modes is there is no sense of balance or really any need, cause it's just to mess around. When you apply that sort of thing to the standard game modes though you then have to concern yourself with balance. Poro King was not balanced, and Riot just tosses in the broken mechanic with no attempt to remotely ensure it doesn't completely break the mode. What previously made ARAM so great was it was all the fun of team fights and the chance to play champs you might not otherwise play, but now it's just "I hope I get a tanky bruiser" and the mechanics are completely out of whack because of this summoners. At the very least the cooldown needs to be severely increased so that they can't just spam it nonstop looking for the engage and to get themselves vision. Right now there is absolutely no sense of penalty for just spamming the spell endlessly, and even if they aren't the fastest moving projectiles if you're firing them whenever they're up then you're going to hit someone.

I've never been a big fan of ARAM anyhow. Everybody basically has to go AP to be viable.
