riven/yasuo would be more balanced if more melee champions were manaless IMO
i feel cheated whenever get dived by a lee+yasuo/riven when im OOM as a melee champ, infact its fucking disgusting. you sit at turret oom knowing whats going to happen while that yasuo is spamming abilities with 0 cd's, what a pisstake. all you do early game with mana champs is be careful til ur oom then get dived and if you build mana it fucks ur build.
honestly whats the point in mana? why do some have it but some dont?

legit would be one of the most broken top laners in the game as it would be impossible to zone her early when shes weakest

She already feels kinda weak, and he cds are already relatively long, but it still balances her late game power
This guys mana costs actually make no sense, hes already got some of the longest cds in the game, why make him have mana costs aswell?
Same thing as yi, fairly large cds, but yet still has mana costs...I feel he should get a unique resource to make him more fun
Kinda strange for him to have mana in the first place, mind you when hes played top it makes a little more sense to have him have mana as a balancing factor
