ZZrot rush top-lane
Have seen this a few times now and it is pure cancer.

what do you mean by "rush"
id definitely not get it as first or even second item on most champions, unless youre facing someone with terrible waveclear who deals a whole lot of mixed damage.
the only champion i can think of youd use that against would be someone like mundo or nasus. and i definitely wouldnt use it against nasus. pushing the lane towards him is the last thing you want to do, unless youre 100% certain you can take his turret extremely early on.
