Saw this before a long while back and thought I reported it, but it happened again today so here's another post.
Not sure if it happens all the time. Maybe only if she is ult'd mid auto-attack or something like that.
Edit: See video's posted two down. The first is the Malzahar bug, which still exists. The second is Thresh and GA bugs, which I don't know if they still exist.

I've seen this glitch happen during Guardian Angel stasis, so it's a problem with Kalista herself. Here are a few links:

It's not only Kalista, During my past few games with Malzahar, on multiple occasions i would suppress an enemy champion after silencing and they would simply keep moving and basic attacking throughout the ult channel. I believe it's Malzahar's ult that's bugged, not just Kalista
She used to be able to jump during a Thresh hook if she'd auto'd before it hit. Not sure if that still happens too. Her passive has a lot of weird interractions ( likely bugs ).
This is grounds to disable her in ranked, right? That way we all get one extra ban per game, at least for a little bit.
Just use targeted CC on her :^)
I thought I had misread a situation, but apparently I also saw this happen.

Because Malz Ult takes a moment to actually activate. Ive been in multiple situations where i flash out of range but the tether connects from a screen away.
I used Galio's ult and she hopped out of range because she cast an auto attack as I cast my ult.
Just played through a game with a Kalista, and I can confirm. She was still AAing me even after suppression, and she was the only fed one on the team. Had one job, and couldn't even suppress the carry without dying to her. So frustrating.
Yesterday I saw a Kalista AA and E during guardian angel...She aced the team did a double and her team won.
I have seen multiple threads on this. Would really like to get some attention on it. I have reported it to Riot multiple times, but I did not have video evidence as referenced here.
As a Malzabutt main, I wouldn't mind this being fixed. But I've never seen it besides in those videos. Maybe you are just unlucky :P
This happened to me too when I ulted Kalista with Bard ult
Considering Riot hasn't officially acknowledged any of these bugs with Kalista (malz,ga etc) I'm assuming they have no idea how to code a fix without breaking her passive.
I've seen it happen when her GA procs, as she keeps chucking out spears during the stasis/revive/whatever period.

I've seen it happen a few times as well.
a lot of stuns are broken when concerning champions autoing, almost all stuns/suppresses can be auto'd through if you were autoing already when they started it, game is broken AF
She can also AA during Lulu's Polymorph.
Kalista needs her bugs worked out BADLY, I've seen this happen more than once as well.
I've seen Kalista steal an enemy sion's passive. She came back from the dead and kept attacking until her health deteriorated. It was funny to watch.
