Suggestion for Varus Passive

So maybe instead of giving him attack speed for when he kills something, his auto attack animation is done faster instead?

Edit: So, Early Game without any AS, Varus has a fairly slow animation for his AA. He has the whole "draw back of the bow and release" and compared to other adc's that is pretty damn slow (even Ashe's is faster).

It might help with the whole get aa's then use Q to proc passive W while in laning. Killing a minion first then with a sped up animation, AA an enemy champ and Q. Rinse, Wash repeat.
