Slot Efficient Raw Stat Items (that make sense with shorter game length)

So I was watching: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fiaiwk3lSjc where he built: item 3748 item 3153 and a lot of youtube videos talking about cool builds often times only get to use it towards the very end of the game, often the game's result is typically decided too at that point. instead of him completing item 3083 to make room to build item 3153 if he could just build a 700hp giant belt of sorts that only took up one slot, then he would not need to complete a 2850 gold item to get enough hp to give item 3748 enough hp to become a worthwhile item.

the sell price of these large 1 slot items being designed to eventually sell, could sell for slightly less % than usual.

item 1011 costs 1000 gold sell price is 700 gold

this proposed 1 slot item with 750hp could cost 1850 gold. and sell price would be 1480. (20% difference) I imagine you could make one for attack speed, AP, one for dual resist, another for lifesteal etc. **there could only be one such item built per champion per game however. **

Another balance measure could be if the game goes on longer then 25min the sell price could progressively increase. Aim of an item like this is because you're banking on the game not dragging on. So an item like this could be a little risky.
