Because abusing what should be your damage tool into a mobility one than stun+basic+ult anything without 2k armor is getting "outplayed".

Literally all the champs in this game can outplay just because they have mobility?

What bores me is that she has such a damaging passive and 100% AD scaling shield, why use your Q for damage if you can use it to move around the battlefield?

Now you are just being stupid, my point was that if she needs, she can use her Q as mobility tool instead of the damage it does, yet she doesn't lose any killing potential because she has almost 100% uptime on her passive.

Obviously the main use of the ability is damage and CC.

Basically make her have a preparation time on ult, hell make the ult swords tranformation 1s and have fancy pieces flying from the ground attach into her sword, I don't even care if her ult slash have 5k range, they just need to increase cast time of that ult

With her current 2k change, there is no getting away by running nor flashing either way, the only way is to dodge it. Ezreal Q have a 1k1 range, now estimate it.
