By warding, not feeding your lane opponent and playing to the strengths of your comp/ the weakness of theirs.

If they have a better teamfight through champions or communication then avoid team fights, split push and disengage when they want to fight.

If they are roaming as a group then ward up and don't stay under turret if you see 4 people coming at you. Just tell your team that you have 4 in your lane and ping the other turrets for your team to push.

If you are against a premade then you will have a premade on your team too, since it matches teams evenly. So if the premade you got teamed with is not using voice coms and the other teams premade is using voice coms, you have no choice but to be forced to go into a game already at a disadvantage.

Even a trash premades can preemptively collapse on an enemy way faster than 4 random players who are actually good.

Not many champs are going to be able to handle 1 v 4, especially if flash is down

Wards and vision help, but you have to be better than them to a greater degree than is normally fair because they're premade.

get gud? lol if your in solo que idk what elo your at but im going to assume since your complaining about this its low. so at bronze-gold just snowball really hard. play your main get fed out play them. keep good vision ping objectives and spread your lead to other lanes. if your bot and you 5 and 0 and the tower is already down go mid and kill the mid laner and take that tower then get dragon then go top and 3-4 man their top laner lol. unless your fairly high elo they arent going to be super impossible to outplay. even the best bronze premade team ever cant stop a fed ass carry who knows how to solo carry.

I'm not saying you need to join their call.

You can use pings and quickly explain why an idea is a good one. If what you say makes sense, then more likely than not someone in the premade will be looking at what you're signalling / saying and agree with you. They will then become your voice in the premade, guiding the rest of the premade to follow.

Contrasted to a solo player that doesn't take things by the reins, you've turned your 4+1 v 4+1 into a 5 v 4+1.

As a general rule, they'll be considerably more coordinated, but also considerably worse pkayers. Usually, one of them will be way better than the other three, and if you can focus on controlling that one you can exploit the rest of them.

Coordinated but weak teams tend to do really well in the early game, but fall apart as everyone groups and they don't have the skill to press their advantage.

No they aren't. DQ has no mmr penalty.

Still flawed. They may be slightly worse but nothing undoes the fact that you are solo with a team that's not communicating and enemies that are cpmmunicating a lot.

There may not be an MMR penalty, but if they queue together frequently than their MMR will be affected by their communication, and their overall propensity to win will be balanced with that if their opponents. Usually.

DQ gives a very distinct and unfair advantage and that's why this atrocious system is being removed.

be where they are not. 4 people more likely to group punish that by split pushing. If you are a jungler find a lane and camp mid laner/adc well just dont die support keep the carries off the grey screen. your team should have proportionally higher mmr players if they are a 4 man so out play them. Or get some friends and make a premade

the MMR is the same & your teammates know just as much as the enemy if you're all q'd together. They just have a slight advantage by being able to talk in the skype, but you have your pings and you can type, so I'd say it really depends on how you and you specifically as a player preform.

By having a positive mindset. If you start a game with the mentality that you will be losing it because "oh noes, they have a premade!", well I have bad news for you.

Coordinate with the premade on your team and play better than the solo on the other side. It is rather rare that you will be facing a premade without a premade or two on your team unless you are high diamond and above, and even if you do have a full solo team versus a premade, you can still coordinate with strangers.
