@Riot another nerf to lux

Cuz lux is a bitch, her ult is so damn fucking long ranged and the CD is so fucking low.

kepp complaining, maybe one day you will learn to stop.

Her nerfs are honestly not going to make any difference. She lost 10 damage off an ability she didnt typically max first and 36 damage off her late game passive. A level 18 full build Lux is doing 1154+(2.25ap), assuming she only triggers her passive once. Going from doing 1118+(2.25ap) from 1154+(2.25ap) will be almost completely unnoticed.

But this nerf will cause people to stop playing her for no reason, then when they realize her nerfs did nothing she'll become popular and get more nerfs. I saw someone refer to this kind of nerf as a "placebo nerf". It doesn't actually change the overall power or playstyle of the champion but the community over reacts to it and the champions winrate and playrate decline.
