But the crit does no bonus damage, it just doubles the slow?? Does crit chance still increase her damage to frosted enemies?

dangopee2 votesYes. The bonus damage she get's from crit is the same as it is now, but the double slow is RNG based. But since her non-double-slow attacks no longer count as crits, 
does not reduce her damage on those attacks. On live right now, hard counters her because it reduces the damage of ALL of her attacks (on slowed enemies ofc).
