@Riot can you please support Jungle Taliyah

Yeah I know Jungle Taliyah seems very weird, but it's actually super nice, She can gank real good after 6 and even pre 6 with her passive near walls her ganks are not that bad. I also think jungle matches with her lore.

The point is, her clear is ok-ish, not too bad but not overly good and she is super mana hungry. I understand you nerfed her mana costs and cooldowns several times in the past, because she was too impactful in pro-play, but what if she gets some bonus damage on her Q like she used to have, but instead of making it bonus damage against minions, she deals bonus damage against monsters and also give her some mana refunds for killing jungle monsters. These changes should not make her a top tier jungler at all and it wouldn't really impact midlane taliyah, but it would help her to be viable other than midlane. And as I said, jungle seems to fit her lore quite well.

She used to be a somehow good support too, but I feel like Taliyah Support has gotten worse after her mana cost increased and the support items got changed a bit.
