To Mathematicians out there... Statistics on Climbing the ladder

If I play for a first win of the day everyday... taking into account how mmr works, will there be any statistical change to my chances of climbing the ladder? As compared to playing a set number of games per day?

Say I have infinite free time, and on some days, I struggle with a win so I may have to deal with a 8-9games losing streak before I persevere and get the first win of the day to log off and call it a day...

I'm not sure if mmr takes into account behaviors of players. But I feel that the mmr differs when u first log into a game after some absence.

Also when u apply that to the Normal queue, are there differences compared with the Ranked queue? Will just playing for the win-of-the-day affect anything when u're trying to climb?

I'm not a mathematician but I can say from experience that playing a couple games at a time is better than doing a marathon.

Most people play worse the longer they play. Recently I got up to a 7 game winning streak playing 1-2 games every few hours as opposed to playing them in a row. When I hit my series I played 8 games that night and ended up at 52 lp.

These are just my experiences though.

I'm thinking if the way they calculate mmr factor into what u experienced too. I feel it intentionally runs counter-intuitive to their first-win-of-the-day ip reward? We have any conspiracy theorists here?

I would be surprised if the MMR system cares whether you play a lot in a day or a little. It only cares if you win or lose.
