they said in preseason they are changing rylais, armor pen too seeing as that is just as bad right now

Nidalee is one of the few champs that doesn't abuse Rylais though...the slow wears off before she can Q again. Where is this "perma slow" coming from?

as much as the boards hate Rylais, let's be sure we are using accurate and real cases of abuse

alright first off, don't get emotional dude. Obviously you're tilted but don't treat me with disrespect just because we are disagreeing

if the source of her power is Rylais, I see no reason to nerf her personally. She's already sitting at a poor 45.89% win rate, never reaching above 50% until you've had about 100 games played as her. Making her less powerful seems counterproductive to making her a decent champion again.

Be sure you don't mistake a frustrating kit for being op...just because you find it unfun does not mean they are overpowered. Under that reasoning, nearly all lane bullies would be considered "op" but in reality they are balanced and necessary for the game to function
