Everyone was like ok maybe the new ADC rework would balance the ADCs and maybe some nerfs would hit vayne
Then we see the rework and we only see buffs for ADC and vayne

Base damage increased to 55.88 from 50.46 Damage per level reduced to 1.66 from 3.25 Silver Bolts (W): Base damage of 20/30/40/50/60 removed % of max health damage increased to 6/7.5/9/10.5/12% from 4/5/6/7/8% New minimum damage vs all targets added - 40/60/80/100/120
Blade of the Ruined King Cost increased to 3400g passive - current HP% decreased to 6% from 8%.
CISTERN1 votesVayne has barely been seen on PBE (in my games anyways), you should be more worried about the carries that got reworked (Corki, Caitlyn, Graves, Quinn, possibly Miss Fortune.)

- Past Level 4, her AD is lower. (So if she's forced to switch targets, she lost damage. Lost 20+ AD at level 18)
- Silver Bolts basically nerfed on HP values below 1500, buffed above that (nerf against squishy targets mid game, buff against tanks mid game.)
- BoRK nerfed (It still makes her too safe early game though.)
(4/100) *2000= 80 instead of 60 vs 3500 k hp 130 true damage instead of 60, for real vayne is more fucen op now on pbe, now vayne can crit with her +70 free damage (from r) 2, vayne before couldnt crit easily
