Hey riot, jayce
Is still bullshit, why is there nothing on the pbe...

That would be because they are overhauling assassin itemization and armor penetration in particular.
There is little point in nerfing Jayce until they see how he performs with the new items.

Its just salt from a recent game, he's fucking broken rn. He literally dueled me in melee as darius.
Besides, lethality should be a net buff compared to current flat pen in the later game IIRC. What else are they doing exactly?
Besides, the moronic knockback %max HP magic damage with 100% AD scaling is just utter bullshit no matter how you slice it. If a champion is going to have hybrid damage, they should be forced to have more hybrid itemization. Jayce used to somewhat be like this with his hammer stance until he got buffed. Jayce gets the best of the hybrid world while being able to build just pure AD and armor pen items (cleaver not getting changed).

Lategame, yes.
Everyone rushes armor pen right now for the advantage it gives you in the early game, if Jayce was going for his lategame; theres honestly better options he can go for. Cleaver isn't being changed, but he needs multiple instances of physical damage to get the full effect out of it (which is why the passive is allowed to be so strong to begin with).
He'll probably still be too strong, but honestly they could just revert his last buff if that ends up being the case.
