while also being one of the most toxic people to lane against. Got a buff to her normal poke pattern coming on 6.14. FML I am now banning Lux almost every game. Because she loses 10 base damage to scale harder and balance at around 6. What's even the point of trying to lane against that anymore.

I just hate her E spam you until she gets ult then she Q E ults and you are dead before you can do anything. This just makes it even more viable.

There is no counterplay to E spam right now as she has to fuck up to miss. So please at the very least give us something.

The fact that as a mid laner you can't start boots and pots. You do realize that her E is near instant and you are going to run out of mana trying to keep up with how fast she is going to clear waves. Dorans ring is way too important to not take as a mid that actually uses mana. And if you have to spend an extra 100g to survive in lane she's ahead all game. After first back is kind of okay, but if you don't have any farm before that first back you are just letting her slowly push you further and further behind.

In what way is that balanced to you. The fact that by merely existing she can force you 100g behind from the start.

There is a major reason that people complain every single time she gets stupid needless buffs and this is yet another that doesn't need to happen. She already got a passive that scales with AP to actual decent damage awhile ago. But nerfing her shield somehow fixes her toxicity problem of her lane phase.

How you fix Lux is to remove all the non sense extra utility she has. E shouldn't give vision and shouldn't slow after she pops it for one. Then nerf its base damage by about 25 because it's her AoE and highest damaging ability that also gives CC and vision and has stupid range for how fast it goes off.

Have you tried csing with auto attacks? Worst case scenario she uses all of her mana trying to kill you and you sustain through it because you have an extra 300 health from pots over her. Best case you actually dodge her skill shots like a good player and you have the ability to make unfavorable trades because you have more sustain. Or maybe you can take the mastery that improves pots?

after she uses her E she has until you move to pop it and use her passive. From there you have a long window of time to have balls and get your laning done or punch the girl in the nose

Aside from this she also uses a lot of mana by spamming this and can only solve this by building mana instead of decent damage.

If she does this then defense or excessive offense building will leave her in a bad spot for at least a few levels.

Also the highest burst in the game at level 6 doesn't actually mean anything, technically that could mean she could get you from 100-75% in a full combo. Not to say that's what she does but this sort of language has a lot of potential to mislead and is suspicious looking.

Lastly you've forgotten to link to the patchnotes. Skip the speech about how lazy you may think I am. If you have no class its not okay but nobody will punish you or anything, just quietly judge you

What's worse is that Lux players don't even need ignite, they just run barrier/flash and become incredibly hard to kill even with ganks.

Either barrier to survive the ulti while you land all of your skillshots when she is charging ulti (standing still) or cleanse the snare and flash combo her while she is charging ulti. It's very easy to beat lux with the correct summoners if she all ins. What I hate is that she can poke you out of lane without trying very hard and her waveclear once she gets a couple of items.
