It's a combination of terrible animation and hitbox sync, and a camera angle that can make positions missleading.

Can it be fixed? Probably.

Are they going to do it? They did on most of the champs since the new map. I guess there's a lot of spaghetti code left to sort out.

It really did hit you its hitbox clipped your hitbox, its just sometimes said hitboxes are weird, like the far right PIXEL hitting your far left model PIXEL and it snaps to you and drags you under turret and you die. LOOKS bullshit, but is actually correct.
