Krugs are too far away and take too long

I main Shyvana and have been 20 plus minutes into games where there is an open krugs camp and still avoid it because it is a pain to get to and takes too long to wait for them to keep breaking apart. I can only imagine what champs that clear slowly must think going there. This game just sucks overall. Just make the Krugs tougher to kill like in treeline, quit it with the goofy split ups into the smaller rocks. This is just a wasted spot in the jungle.

I think of Krugs as something you do when you have literally nothing else to do. Is there no opportunities to gank? Take Krugs. Isn't dragon/baron up? Take Krugs. You're into the late game and the enemy has a huge lead so you have to stay relatively close to your base in order to defend? Take krugs.

I main Top lane myself and if I play on the red side and end up pushing the minion wave into the enemy's tower, I go to take my Jungler's Krugs (since, like you said, Junglers chose to ignore them) whilst waiting for the enemy to push up to my tower.

The original point of krugs was a camp that took longer to clear, but had a good reward for doing so.

Atm, since you need to be ganking 24/7, a camp that takes that long is basically worthless

Maybe the Krugs deserve a chance at life and Riot is acknowledging that fact Let them live Be a good shepherd. 🙂

Krugs were okay but riot nerfed the xp they give in order to stop junglers from hitting lvl 3 early.

Maybe put little gold ore deposits poking out of the krug`s model and up the gold you get from killing them.

Nothing serious because we don't want a meta where whichever laner goes next to it just farms it to win lane Imagine how much krugs would effect botlane if we changed them to give good rewards Would be so unfair for the other team considering how unimpactful toplane is and only the bottom left team would have their adc benefit from it.

yeah that would give blue side a big advantage becuase thier krugs are near bot

The camp should face the other way if Riot wants to make these changes. Makes the investment to take slightly more for Botlane and slightly less for Jungle.

I think this is a good idea. You are really stuck in no man's land when you are jungle clearing krugs and the time it takes to make the trip is not worth the investment unless you have somebody that easily passes over walls

The only time I take Krugs is when I play Graves from bot red side start, then raptors, blue, scuttler, and then look for ganks. If no ganks are present, I take wolves and frog, and base. At that point, I instantly go to Krugs and by the time I kill them, raptors have respawned, so I keep myself busy with camps all the time, thus getting more xp overall, while also being in a position to gank. I have top-mid pressure after scuttler, I have bot-mid pressure at Krugs-Raptors, along with general river control.

Also, that path means that I can take the enemy frog when it comes back, place a ward and back off. Most of the possible enemy paths will involve taking that frog around that time, so I deny them that + I get vision on them.

As a player who doesn’t know a lot about jingling but likes it anyway, I often avoid them like the plague because of how durable they are compared to every other camp.

If I don’t have a gank open I’ll take the first two until I see something open up then leave them.

I feel like the issue is krugs give you like no exp. They have the best gold output if you wanna power farm but clearing the entire krug camp compared to other camps puts you at a disadvantage which shouldn't be the case.

They give more xp then anything else in the jungle just so you know.

You're the type of jungler I love. Krugs give so much xp and gold for what is really very little actual effort, I will happily steal them from you for my poachers dirk then gank your top or bot lane from their blind spot xD

I would happily give up krugs' exp and gold to any enemy jungler that wants to travel all that way to spend 30 seconds breaking these things apart while I'm mowing through 2 other camps in the same time period and keeping myself in better position for the rest of my rotations/ganking. You sound like the kind of enemy jungler I love as well.

Lol I doubt it, I'm the type of jungler that plays shyvana and nocturne, invades taking every camp you leave behind/skip out/haven't got to yet, having already cleared my own jungle forcing you to just force gank or try and grab a scuttle. I'm the type of jungler who finished 100 farm up on you while also ganking, getting kills and getting my laners ahead. I'm the type of jungler than makes people WISH they had a krugs just so they could get back into the game and force junglers like you to farm cs from your laners getting them even further behind. Sorry but if you undervalue the jungle camp that gives the most gold, xp and stacks of your overgrowth (as Shyvana you really should be abusing this one) then more fool you.
