feels awful when you are against a team with good wave clear or just have an inhib down and are swamped by minions. Feels like zoe can legit do nothing. her Q mind as well heal super minions. i understand the point is for her to not have good wave clear anymore, but she should atleast be compensated by reverting back that old E range nerf.
