2 small buff ideas for Comet and Phase Rush.

Arcane Comet and Phase Rush don't seem to be extremely popular, and I have an idea for each that would slightly help them without making them tremendously more powerful.
For Arcane Comet, something that often feels wrong is that when you hit someone with a spell that has a displacement effect, you're effectively helping them dodge the Comet. The small buff I'm suggesting is that Comet aims at where the player will land, not where he started. That would make the use of the CC more reliable, which is kind of the goal of the Keystone.
For Phase Rush, as its goal is to make sure the user can keep up with their opponent movement-wise, giving the user ghosting when they proc it would ensure you can run where you want without worrying about unit collision.
That's it, just 2 small buffs that could almost just be seen as QoL improvements.
