Why not urgot top lane?

Can build tanky and still do alright damage if he goes sheen->Frozen Fist and gets manamune. Doesnt exactly have huge mana problems and is decently tanky even without rushing health or armor items. Has a nice dueling passive, can proc sheen a ton, is ranged for harass, and a slow/armor shred/peel for team fights that can really help your ADC.

It's the mobility problem, that's really all. Picking Urgot top is basically screaming "Gank me please" at the enemy jungler.
