Where are the COMMS?

I really wish they added voice communications into the game outside of the voice coms they already have for premade parties (which is actually the dumbest idea I've seen yet). Riot is basing the toxicity problem off of whether or not people mute each other in game. The mute feature is added into the game for a reason, but people still seem to get butthurt when they're called names over the internet in a game and report. I personally believe you should be able to say what you'd like to say (to a certain extent) because Riot has incorporated a mute feature in the game. If the mute feature wasn't in the game, then you can base toxicity off of the report system. Adding voice communications into the game will lower the toxicity and increase the competitiveness across all of the elos because everyone will be on the same page in game.

Everyone in ranked solo is limited to no voice chat, so it's essentially fair in that regard currently.

If it was a thing, then people are stuck between dealing with the yodelers, the racists, the loud breathing people, and the random music playing people, or opting out of voice chat and being potentially at a strategic disadvantage, both of which sound like unpleasant options. (It also means people would feel pushed to actually get mics if they want to be competitive, since not everyone actually has those set up [or set up properly].)
