What position/champs are most like mid, that arent mid?

Hello fellow summoners,

I've realized with the new queue system something which I tried to deny all the other seasons...

I suck everywhere but mid T_T

Not only that, I cant seem to even find another champ/position anywhere other than mid that I even enjoy playing.

So my question is, what other champ/position combinations are most like AP mids... that aren't mid.

Champs I like: Viktor, Vel'Koz, Xerath, Ziggs, Ahri, Karthus

Would love to hear your feedback and ideas, thanks guys!

Support. Since u play those, u are decent with skillshots. So you can play mages supports like Brand, Zyra, Morgana, Velkoz, Zilean, Lulu

Karthus is viable in the top lane and even in the jungle. Vel'Koz is viable in both mid and support. A lot of mid laners are viable supports ( Karma Annie Lulu Lux etc...)

Champions like Lissandra Ekko Zed Ryze Fizz Gangplank Galio Kennen Kassadin Jayce Lulu Teemo Swain Vladimir Yasuo can all be played mid or top.

Champions like Diana Ekko can be played mid/jungle.

There are lots of other examples but there are some ideas!

Hmm yeah support seems like it might be worth trying to put some time into, I just need to wrangle myself in because I tend to go hard like im about to blow someone up then I just explode :D

You could always go support if that is your playstyle. He's been nerfed a bit (and rightly so) but still puts out a ton of damage in the support role.
