Jokes aside that kind of faction-bonusing is a really bad idea in PvP games. If Drakehound is good around even just Trifarix (Swain, LeBlanc, Darius) then all four champions have to be viable independently but also balanced while DH is near them.

Put it this way - Riot has tried to make K6 evolves game-dependant or even player choice This almost never happens and ends up a certain meta evolve order that is always better than other styles, even if you're using the same but in different orders. (WER and RWE)
