That's normal in 1 v 1. You can't flash over walls or away from a Jungler ganking you or Assassin trying to dive you in a teamfight. So flash loses a lot of value and people often take 2 combat sums.

its howling abyss 1v1, so two combat summoners is efficint because flash is mainly used for engages, as it cant disengage well. its just flat out better to have kill pressure because its a fast paced mode. this actually more invalidates your use of it.

so no, not going flash on someone as immobile as sona isnt as ahead as you would think. its behind actually XD

According to your match history, you take exhaust and ignite on EVERY champ you play. That's terrible lmao. Exhaust/Ignite on Ashe??? MF? Sion? There's a huge difference between a normal Summoner's Rift game and a Howling Abyss 1v1.

Well I agree but as for Sion the real reason you take flash on him is to flash forward and blow up your shield for kill confirmations and exhaust is a bit less useful when your champ is a knockup and slow machine. If you were going with something other than flash it should probably be smite because cinderhulk and getting even more farm from counter jungling.

I felt very similarly with my (very old) AP Ezreal rune page. I felt confident that to make my AP Ezreal viable, I needed to rush Sheen (back when it still built out of Amp Tome) and have runes that gave a bit of CDR, a bit of Mana Regen, and a bit of AP. Get my rune page dialed in, then Riot released Rune Glave, which built out of Sheen, had CDR, AP and Mana Regen. Suddenly AP Ezreal is everywhere and meta, and I'm just thinking to myself "welp, I figured it out before the item!"

Same shit when i used to play double tear ap ezreal, suddenly korea is abusing it an its most busted shit ever an riot guts archangels staff into oblivion lol.

Honestly it just feels refreshing to see is all. I don't go a single day without someone going "Sona check sums Sona where is your flash" as though they just cannot fathom that someone would choose to play without flash on purpose!
