Can we maybe make her late game worth while? Right now she just isn’t worth the risk at all. You are playing her in the hopes of scaling to be this high damage beast, but in reality you farm 35 minutes to be on par with something like Lucien, Draven or miss fortune. Late game is already hard to get to, so why are these late game picks not being rewarded for making it through this “win by level 3 meta” we are stuck in?

Like make it so by lvl 16 or 18 her Q doesnt cost mana anymore and has no AS penalty anymore or something, so shes the ultimate late game adc.

Considering how worthless she is from level 2-16 that actually wouldn’t be too overpowered. XD

"Ultimate Late game ADC" is a title that should belong to Vayne, Twitch or Kog'Maw imo.
Compared to the 3 listed above, Jinx has a better early and a similar mid game to these 3.

Jinx does not have a better early game than any of those lol, other than possibly vayne (and vayne can actually destroy jinx in all ins after 6).
Kog actually beats jinx in lane after like lvl 5, twitch is about equal to jinx.

Jinx is one of those carries that loses to just about all others due to the nature of her kit. Have the vast majority of her damage auto attack focused means she’s strong and level 1 but weaker 2-6. Except this is drawn out even longer by the need to max her q, putting even more pressure on just her autos. Sure other adcs have this problem, but they almost all have some kind of onhit damage or ad steroid to pump into themselves, where as she only has a decent as steroid that needs to ramp up.
Long story short jinx is pretty okay at level 1. But as soon as you hit 2 that’s a nose dive in power level.
