I finally understand

So basically we're evolving the game one step at a time right? Is that why juggernauts were buffed recently? Sure they're much stronger than nearly every other top in the game right now, but I think I understand. Is we'll have to do this slowly and one step at a time to get every champ where we want it?

So it may be miserable to play through at first, but it will eventually get better to the point that everything can match, and be used/good in the meta.

So we can expect other champions to get some changes to and be good right?
