Disconnecting for a few secs, and reconnecting with VERY high ping

I made this thread a while ago, but I'm making it again as this issue is still happening to me. This happens in almost all of my games, and it's getting extremely annoying. I'll just randomly dc during the game. I'll just be farming in my lane, and then all of a sudden I can't move at all. Usually the disconnect only lasts for a few seconds though. And then when I finally reconnect, my champ has wandered near the tower and died. If your ping reaches a high enough amount, you should automatically start moving towards your base. Everyone has ping spikes and/or disconnects sometimes, but I HATE how my champion keeps moving on his/her own when it happens. Anyways...when I finally manage to reconnect, I have extremely high ping (sometimes in the triple digits).
